She had no personality and we had to ask 2 other waitresses to either help us get her attention or get us something. She never mentioned the 1/2 price select items only menu and never smiled once. The service was slow as well. Whoever the bartender was that night was awesome though. However they need to work on Crystal's waitress skills.January 05, 2017

It was the beginning of our night which was supposed to be at D&B but we couldn't wait 3 hours to eat! Our waiter, Josh, was very patient and helpful to many of us who've never been to a BWW. It almost felt like he was part of our crowd with how friendly he was! The food was great as well. My husband got Ghost Pepper wings which turned into a game of which of his friends was brave enough to try one! The only downside I have to say was the music. Normally at restaurants you can't even hear it but since it was loud, we were often talking above it. And the song selection...well, let's just say certain songs made me glad I was with a group of friends and not sitting alone at the bar.August 29, 2016
