  This trip started off bad and ended the same. We asked for a booth and the hostess walked away in what seemed like a confused manner. When she went to seat us, we had to walk through about ten employees who were standing at their station just goofing around and didn't bother to move for us. When our drinks were brought to the table, the waitress set them so far away that we had to get up to reach them. The food was no better. The calamari we ordered was tough and chewy. The burger ordered was juicy but, it lacked flavor even though I purchased a speciality burger. The staff stood around talking and goofing off our entire stay which was incredibly long due to the terrible service. Don't waste your money.

  First, let me just say that the food here is pretty good, as chain restaurants go. This particular location has had some serious service issues in my experience. Orders have come out as the totally incorrect item. Individuals in my party have been completely missed and not received their orders at all. I suspect and hope they're working these kinks out, and while a lot of diners are quick to blame staff, I believe these issues could be solved by management changes.
  
  I'll wait a while and give it another try. If there continue to be service issues, it will be my last visit.

  Was asked twice if we wanted a menus after seating ourselves at the bar. Got our appetizers of nachos and was not offered small place, utensils or napkin. The food was good but the service was not so good.
